Argonne National Laboratory have developed a way to kill cancer cells by shaking them to death. Per their announcement:

"They use magnetic nanodiscs attached to cancer-seeking antibodies that attach to the cancer cells. A small magnetic field causes the discs to oscillate and damage the cancer cell, but not surrounding healthy cells."
